摘要
针对传统教学模式的弊端以及静态工作点Q对放大电路的重要性,研究了应用电路仿真软件Multisim对Q点的测量方法,包括常规测量法、自带Q点分析功能、测量探针法,并分析了3种方法的优缺点,也仿真验证了偏置电阻R_B对Q点和电路工作状态的影响。仿真结果和理论分析计算结果一致,验证了软件仿真效果理想。教学实践证明,将真实实验教学和仿真实验相结合,可丰富实验教学内容,拓宽实验教学空间,激发学生的学习积极性。
Focusing on deficiencies of traditional teaching mode and the importance of quiescent point Q to am- plification circuit, supporting measuring methods for Q with Multisim circuit simulation software is developed. Ad- vantages and disadvantages of measuring Q with ordinary measuring method, Multisim function and measurement probe method are discussed. In addition, the affects of bias resistor Rs to Q and circuit operation state are proved. The simulation results are consistent with theoretical analysis, which verifies the effectiveness of software simula- tion. Applications show that combining the Multisim simulation experiments with traditional experiments can enrich training content, broaden the experimental teaching space, and stimulate students' enthusiasm for study.
