摘要
介绍工业以太网的特点,在某钢铁公司轨梁厂万能生产线基础自动化控制过程中的应用,构成工业以太网的网络拓扑结构,本文还特别介绍了基础自动化级与过程控制级之间,基础自动化系统与万能轧机辊缝控制系统之间通过工业以太网建立的连接、通讯方式数据交换级触发机制。
This essay focuses on the characteristics of industrial Ethernet. Its application of universal production line in the process of automatic control consists of the network topological structure in a rail beam factory of a steel company. It especially introduces the connection and trigger mechanism in the level of data exchange of communication mode through the industrial ethernet between the basic automation and the process control, also between the basic automation system and the roll gap control system of universal mill.
