有机硅沥青材料在雾封层预养护中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 通过有机硅沥青材料在湖北某段高速公路路面的雾封层预防性养护的应用,对施工前与施工后第四小时及30 d后路面的渗水系数、抗滑值、构造深度技术指标进行了检测,发现其具有较好的抗渗性能,但对抗滑性能和构造深度的作用不明显。详细分析了有机硅沥青雾封层材料的防渗作用机理,并结合施工实践提出了施工工艺要点与注意事项。研究表明,采用有机硅沥青雾封层材料后,大大降低了路面渗透系数,很好的防止了路面的水损坏,延长了道路的使用寿命,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。 By the application of organic silicon asphalt fog seal materials in preventive maintenance in a section highway pavement of Hubei, and by testing surface water seepage coefficient, sliding resistance value, structure depth technical indexes 4 hours and 30 days before and after construction, it is found that it has good permeability performance, but performance against sliding and structure depth is not obvious. It also analyses well organic silicon asphalt waterproof mechanism, and combined with construction practice puts forward construction technology key points and matters needing attention.
