摘要
日本学者白川静的"诗经学研究"植根于日本民俗学研究,受日本《万叶集》民俗研究的影响,从古代汉字的构造原理出发,认为古代歌谣原本带有咒语性质,是人与神交通的产物,具有预祝意味。由此对《诗经》中的"兴"加以民俗学阐释,提出"兴的发想法",进而探究《诗经》所反映出的民俗现象。分析白川静《诗经》中"水占"习俗研究可以窥探其《诗经》研究方法。
Influenced by the earliest Japanese poetry classics-Manyoushu or The Collection of Ten Thousand Leaves-the Japanese counterpart of The Book of Songs in China, the Japanese philologist BAI Jing-chuang (Shirakawa Shizuka)) sets his research of The Book of Songs in the background of Japanese folklore studies and gets his inspiration from the structural prin- ciple of ancient Chinese characters, contending that ancient ballads originally has the nature of curses as the product of the communication between gods and human beings with a sense of predictive congratulations. To begin with the above contention, he offers his own explanations of the ways of Xing in The Book of Songs-describing one thing by mentioning others to further explore the folklore phenomenon in the classic work. The focal analysis of his custom research of "water divination" can help us to pry into BAI Chuan-jing's research methods used in his study of The Book of Songs.
