书院制管理模式下辅导员应对校园危机的策略研究

The Strategic Research on University Counselors' Strategies to Cope with Campus Crises in the Management Mode of Academic System

在传统学生管理模式下,辅导员由于受到缺乏危机的实践教育和模拟演习、恢复机制不完善和心理辅导工作机制不健全等方面原因的影响,没有形成完善的校园危机应对策略。近些年来,书院制管理模式在我国一些高校中陆续实行,例如:社区化管理、丰富的博雅教育课程和完善的导师制等。作为学生管理模式的一种全新尝试,可以充分发挥书院制模式的优势,建立新的、更加完善的高校校园危机应对策略。

In the traditional mode of management, counselors haven＇t formed a perfect series of strategies for campus crises due to their lack of confronting practical education and simulating exercises with crises, the imperfect mechanism of re- covery, and the unsound mechanism of psychological counseling. In the recent years, at some colleges and universities in our country, the management mode of academic system has been tried and implemented in the following aspects like the manage- ment of community, the rich curriculum education of liberal arts and the improved tutorial system, etc. As a brand-new at- tempt at the mode of managing students, the advantages of the academic system can be brought into full play to establish more new perfect strategies for campus crises.
