摘要 目的:"以问题为导向"(PBL)的教学模式已广泛应用于医学教育各个学科领域。本文旨在系统地检索并综合现有的研究证据,结合实际运用的经验,探讨PBL教学法在循证医学(EBM)教学中应用的效果。方法:经系统检索5个中英文数据库,获得比较PBL与传统教学法在EBM教学中应用效果的随机对照试验(RCT),采用Cochrane偏倚风险评估的方法评价纳入研究的方法学质量。结果:纳入4个RCT均为高偏倚风险,资料综合的结果显示PBL教学法在EBM教学上有助于调动学生们的学习积极性、提高学习能力,然而尚待更多高质量大样本的RCT进行验证。 Objective: To investigate the effect of applying problem-based teaching model (PBL) in teaching evidence-based medicine (EBM). Methods: Randomized controlled trials which compared PBL and lecture-based learning (LBL) method in teaching EBM were collected by searching, and methodological quality of included trials was assessed using the risk of bias assessment method. Results: Four trials with high risk of bias were included. Meta-analysis showed PBL may help to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students' learn- ing, improve the ability of learning. However, higher quality RCTs were needed to testify the conclusion.
