PBL教学法在循证医学教学中实施效果的系统综述研究

A systematic review of problem-based learning on teaching Evidence-based medicine

目的:"以问题为导向"(PBL)的教学模式已广泛应用于医学教育各个学科领域。本文旨在系统地检索并综合现有的研究证据,结合实际运用的经验,探讨PBL教学法在循证医学(EBM)教学中应用的效果。方法:经系统检索5个中英文数据库,获得比较PBL与传统教学法在EBM教学中应用效果的随机对照试验(RCT),采用Cochrane偏倚风险评估的方法评价纳入研究的方法学质量。结果:纳入4个RCT均为高偏倚风险,资料综合的结果显示PBL教学法在EBM教学上有助于调动学生们的学习积极性、提高学习能力,然而尚待更多高质量大样本的RCT进行验证。

Objective： To investigate the effect of applying problem-based teaching model （PBL） in teaching evidence-based medicine （EBM）. Methods： Randomized controlled trials which compared PBL and lecture-based learning （LBL） method in teaching EBM were collected by searching, and methodological quality of included trials was assessed using the risk of bias assessment method. Results： Four trials with high risk of bias were included. Meta-analysis showed PBL may help to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students＇ learn- ing, improve the ability of learning. However, higher quality RCTs were needed to testify the conclusion.
