摘要
目的观察黑逍遥散治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的疗效,明确补肾调和肝脾法在CAA治疗中的作用。方法将52例CAA的病例用随机单盲法分为治疗组(黑逍遥散加西药组)和对照组(西药组)。观察黑逍遥散治疗CAA的临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为85%(17/26)和65%(17/26)。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用黑逍遥散补肾调和肝脾能显著提高CAA的缓解率和治愈率。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Black Xiao-Yao-San in chronic aplastic anemia （CAA）, and to identify the role of regulating the function of kidney, liver and spleen in CAA patients. Methods Fifty-two CAA patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （Black Xiao-Yao-San and western medicine） and control group （western medicine） in a single-blind method. The clinical effects of Black Xiao-Yao-San in treating CAA were then observed. Results The overall effective rates of treatment group and control group were 85%and 65%, respec-tively. According to Ridit analysis, there was a significant difference in treatment efficacy between the two groups （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The benefits with Black Xiao-Yao-San in regulating the function of kidney, liver and spleen can significantly improve the remission and cure rates of CAA.
