摘要
目的探讨护理干预对肝癌介入治疗患者生命质量的影响。方法选取我院2013年5月-2014年5月肝癌介入治疗患者42例作为研究对象,分为对照组和干预组,观察两组患者介入治疗前后的生存质量改善情况。结果干预组患者术后生命质量明显高于对照组,两组患者术后舒适度比较存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过对肝癌介入治疗患者进行有效的护理干预,能够有效提高患者的生命质量。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect of interventional treatment on quality of life of liver cancer patients. Methods Selected 42 patients as the research object in our hospital from 2013 May to 2014 May in accordance with the order of hepatoma intervention, all patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, intervention group was given nursing intervention, observe two groups of patients quality of life before and after interventional therapy to improve the situation. Results The quality of life of intervention group patients was significantly higher than the control group, there was significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention through the interventional treatment of liver cancer patients, can alleviate the patient＇s discomfort, improve patients＇ quality of life.
