摘要
目的探讨临床护理干预对股骨颈骨折术后患者的应用效果。方法选择股骨颈术后患者40例,分为干预组与对照组,每组20例。对照组实施股骨颈手术常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上行临床护理干预,观察两组术后并发症发生情况。结果对照组患者术后出现切口感染3例、泌尿系感染2例、坠积性肺炎1例。观察组患者经临床干预后,术后恢复情况明显优于对照组,切口感染1例,无其他并发症,取得了良好的效果。结论对股骨颈手术患者进行临床护理干预能有效减少术后并发症的发生率,促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing intervention in patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Chose 40 patients with femoral neck surgery, divided into intervention group and control group, 20 cases in each group. Control group used routine nursing care of femoral neck surgery, observation group used clinical nursing intervention, observe postoperative complications in two groups of. Results The control group patients had postoperative incision infection in 3 cases, urinary tract infection in 2 cases, hypostatic pneumonia in 1 case. Postoperative recovery in observation group after clinical intervention was better than control group, incision infection in 1 case and no other complications. Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention in patients with femoral neck surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
