摘要
目的探讨二尖瓣关闭不全的超声心动图诊断。方法对30例二尖瓣关闭不全的超声诊断资料进行分析。结果 M型图可示左房左室增大及容量负荷过重的现象,有时可见瓣膜钙化。结论二维超声可显示二尖瓣装置的形态特征,有助于明确病因。
Objective Discuss the ultrasound echocardiography of mitral valve insufficiency. Methods Made an analysis of the data selected from 30 samples of ultrasound echocardiography of mitral valve insufficiency. Results M-shaped graph demonstrate the expanding as well as the over-loaded capacity of the left atrial and left ventricular, and sometimes, the membrane can be seen as calcified. Conclusion The two-dimensional ultrasound could get the shape and features of mitral valve, which is conducive for specifying the source of disease.
