摘要
目的探讨偏头痛辨证论治效果。方法选取46例偏头痛患者的中医辩证论治方法资料进行分析。结果 46例经过治疗,临床治愈22例,显效12例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.6%。结论外感头痛以祛邪散风为主,内伤头痛以滋阴养血为要。
Objective To investigate the effects of diagnosis and treatment of migraine. Methods Analysised the 46 cases of migraine patients with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment. Results After treatment 46 cases of migraine patients, 22 cases were cured, 12 cases effective, 10 cases effective, 2 cases invalid, the total efficiency was 95.6%. Conclusion The exogenous headache needs to base on Quxie scattered wind, the internal injuries headache need to adopt yin-nourishing and blood-tonifying.
