摘要
目的观察子宫肌瘤应用米非司酮治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年9月-2014年9月间我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者53例,给予米非司酮口服治疗,观察治疗前后患者的子宫体积、子宫肌瘤体积、血清激素水平变化与不良反应。结果经过治疗,患者的子宫体积与子宫肌瘤体积缩小明显,FSH、LH、E2、P水平显著下降,不良反应发生率9.43%,治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论子宫肌瘤应用米非司酮治疗效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective The clinical effect of Mifepristone treatment on uterine fibroids to be investigated. Methods Choose 53 patients with uterine fibroids who are treated in hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 and treat them with Mifepristone oral medication. Then observe uterine volume, uterine fibroids volume, and serum hormone level and side effects before and after treatment respectively. Results After treatment, the uterine volume and uterine fibroids volume have been reduced to great extent, in addition, FSH, LH, E2, P are decreased greatly, the side-effect rate is up to 9.43%, the comparison differential has its statistical significance （P〈0.05） . Conclusions The Mifepristone treatment is effective to cure uterine fibroids, and it is safe and reliable, which is worthy of being promoted and applied.
