腹壁切口疝无张力修补32例体会

32 Cases of Incision Hernia of Abdominal Wall without Tension Repair Experience

目的探讨腹壁切口疝无张力手术修的手术方法、手术时机及围术期处理,总结腹壁切口疝的治疗经验。方法对我院收治的32例经无张力手术修补治疗的腹壁切口疝病人回顾性分析。结果 32例病人均采用无张力修补法作手术修补,随访1-3年,无复发。结论无张力修补辅以积极有效的围手术期处理,是一种安全可靠的手术方式。

Objective To study the abdominal incisional hernia repair of tension-free hernia repair methods,surgical timing and perioperative treatment,summarize the treatment experience of incision hernia of abdominal wall. Methods 32 cases of our hospital were treated to repair the tension-free hernia repair of abdominal wall incision hernia patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results 32 cases of patients were repaired without tension repair method is used for surgery,followed up for 1-3 years,no recurrence. Conclusion Without tension repair with positive and effective perioperative management,is a kind of safe and reliable operation.
