探讨肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿综合征患者的临床特点

Discussion on Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis with Emphysema Comprehensive Clinical Characteristics of Syndrome Patients

目的重点探究肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿综合征患者具有什么样特点。方法选择的研究对象是2011年初至2013年底在我院接受治疗的30例肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿综合征患者,具体分析这些患者的临床资料。结果患者的吸烟史较长,临床变现上兼有肺间质纤维化和肺气肿的特点。结论肺间质纤维化和肺气肿属于不同种类的疾病,但是两种疾病同时存在人体中并不鲜见,及早诊断才能采取相应的治疗措施。

Objective Focus on pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema syndrome patients with what kind of characters. Methods The subject is at the beginning of 2011 to the end of 2013 in our hospital 30 cases of pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema syndrome patients,specific analysis of the clinical data of these patients. Results Patients with long smoking history,clinical features of cash on interstitial fibrosis and emphysema with pulmonary fibrosis. Conclusion Pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema belonging to different diseases,but the two types of disease at the same time in the human body is not rare, early diagnosis can adopt corresponding treatment measures.
