摘要
目的探讨小儿糖尿病的临床特点及血糖控制及酮症酸中毒的治疗方法。方法选取2012年3月-2014年3月收治的小儿糖尿病患者20例临床资料进行分析。结果 20例糖尿病患者中以酮症酸中毒为首发症状的17例,经治疗患儿尿酮体及尿蛋白阴性,血糖控制稳定后出院。结论采取适合儿童生长的特殊饮食管理,配合适宜的精神心理治疗和体格锻炼,以保证正常的生长和青春期发育,提高生活质量,使病儿达到最佳的＂健康＂状态。
Objective The clinical features and glycemic control and treatment of ketoacidosis to be investigated. Methods Analyzing the clinical treatment data selected from 20 cases of children patients with diabetes who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to March 2014. Results Of all 20 cases of patients, 17 cases of patients have ketoacidosis as the core symptom. And with being treated, the ketone and urine protein of children patients are tested as negative and the blood sugar has been controlled in a stable state, and they are cured and discharged from hospital. Conclusion Proper dietary administration and psychological and physical exercise are necessary for children＇s nurture and puberty development,which can improve their life quality and have children patients turn into a healthy state.
