摘要
目的探讨肛门失禁患者手术治疗方法手段。方法对2013年6月-2014年6月收治的16例肛门失禁手术治疗方法进行分析。结果 16例肛门失禁患者经治疗痊愈8例,显效5例,有效3例。结论恢复直肠、肛管、盆底肌和肛管皮肤的正常解剖和生理状态,可根据发病原因或损伤情况采用不同的术式治疗。
Objective The surgical treatment method of patients with incontinence to be investigated. Methods Analyzing the surgical treatment data selected from 16 cases of patients with incontinence who are treated in hospital from June 2013 to June 2014. Results Of all 16 cases of patients, 8 patients are cured and 5 cases of patients show a sign of improvement in their health state, and the rest 3 cases are effective. Conclusion According to etiology or injury degree to adopt different surgical treatment methods to recover the normally anatomical as well as the physiological state of rectum, the anal canal, the pelvic muscles and the anal skin.
