重症肌无力危象24例治疗体会

The Treatment Experience of 24 Cases of Myasthenic Crisis

目的探讨重症肌无力危象(MG)的临床特点及治疗。方法回顾性分析重症肌无力危象患者24例临床治疗。结果痊愈10例,好转12例,无效1例,死亡1例。结论重症肌无力发生危象时,首先应维持呼吸功能,同时在正确分辨属于哪种类型危象的基础上予以相应的抗危象药物。

Objective The clinical features and treatment methods of myasthenic crisis are to be investigated. Methods Reviewing and analyzing the clinical treatment data selected from 24 cases of patients with myasthenic crisis. Results 8 cases of patients are cured and 12 cases of patients show a sign of improvement in their health state, one case is ineffective and one case of patient is dead. Conclusion The way to cure the myasthenic crisis is primarily to maintain respiratory function, in the meanwhile, to provide symptomatic medicine based on distinguishing from the types of myasthenic crisis.
