摘要
目的探讨高频电波刀的电圈切除术（LEEP）治疗子宫颈变病。方法选取25例子宫颈病变25例LEEP治疗效果进行分析。结果经LEEP治疗,手术时间平均5.5 min,术中平均出血量为2.4 ml,术后2-3个月复查,24例宫颈光滑形态恢复,1例少量柱状上皮显露。结论 LEEP用于宫颈活检时,颈管深度4 mm,宫颈深度4 mm,既可保证诊断和治疗目的,又能避免切割过多组织。
Objective The loop electro- surgical excision procedure （ LEEP ） treatment of cervical lesions to be investigated. Methods Analyzing LEEP treatment effect of 25 cases of cervical lesions. Results With LEEP treatment, the surgical time is reduced by 5.5 minutes on average, and surgical hemorrhage amount is 2.4ml on average. The patients are asked to take another checking after 2 to 3 months, 24 patients＇ cervical smooth and reshape, one case of patient reveals a bit of columnar epithelium. Conclusion Utilizing LEEP to check cervix with 4mm neck depth and 4mm cervical depth respectively, which can make sure the diagnosis and treatment aim, in addition, to prevent from cutting too much tissue.
