摘要
江苏省淮安市总工会针对小型非公企业的特点,提出了建立联合职工之家的新思路,他们以党建带工建来推进联合职工之家建设,并注意统筹社会资源来促进该项工作,并用"以上代下"的方式谋取维护职工合法权益的新突破,因而使当地联合职工之家建设取得了显著成效。
Some people put forward some new ideas for united workers＇ home in Huai＇ an federation trade union of Jiangsu province. They promoted the construction of workers＇ home through construction of party in- stead of industrial construction. They promoted this task through all social resources they can appoint. They got a new breakthrough to safeguard the workers＇ rights through politics. Therefore, they achieved a prominent effect for united workers＇ home.
