山西省古镇保护管理制度探究

Research on Management System for Protection of Ancient Towns in Shanxi Province

古镇保护除了注重技术方法以外,构建一个相互联动、综合保障的保护管理制度环境非常重要。以山西省古镇为研究对象,在对山西省古镇概况回顾的基础上,分析总结了古镇保护当前面临的严峻形势和存在问题,并从行政管理体系、资金保障体系、监督体系、公众参与体系等四个角度展开研究,试图探索古镇保护管理制度环境的架构。

Ancient town protection is an important part of historical and cultural heritage protection, the author thinks that, in addition to pay attention to ancient town protection techniques, to construct a management system of protecting environment more mutual linkage, comprehensive support necessary. This paper takes Shanxi Province town as the research object, based on the review of the situation of Shanxi Province town, analyzes the grim situation facing the protection of the ancient town and the existence question, and launches the research from the administrative management system, financial system, supervision system, public participation system in four aspects, explores the protection of environmental management systems ancient architecture.
