成都某超高层办公楼结构设计

摘要 介绍了成都美年广场二期某超高层办公楼的结构设计和抗震性能分析。塔楼地下3层,地上44层,采用框架-核心筒结构。重点介绍了塔楼的结构布置,抗震计算分析和基于性能的抗震设计目标及实现。整体结构通过弹性分析进行设计,并通过动力弹塑性时程分析进行复核设计。分析结果表明结构的抗震性能满足规范及性能目标的要求。 The structure design and the seismic perform- ance analysis of Chengdu Meinian plaza project with super high -rise office building was described. The main building consis- ting of 3 stories underground and 44 stories overground. Frame-core structure system is used in the towers. The structure plan, the seismic calculation and analysis, and the seismic perform- ance- based design was concentrated on. The global structure was designed an elastic in conventional earthquake and checked through time- history plastic and elastic analysis in rare oc- curred earthquake. All the results shows that can meet the seis- mic performance target.
