摘要
目前钢管混凝土可缩性支架仍沿用U型钢可缩性支架的接头方式,致使钢管混凝土支架优良承载性能得不到发挥、总体承载能力不高。现提出一种钢管充填水泥沥青砂浆的可缩性接头。首先,需找出一种水泥沥青砂浆配合比,接头钢管充填该配合比浆体,在额定工作阻力作用下,位于接头钢管上的开孔开始向外排出浆体。需要对浆体配比、接头承载性能、接头钢管开孔面积等问题开展研究。
Up to now, the joint for the reducible support made of U - steel has still been used for the steel tube concrete support. Consequently, the bearing capacity for the steel tube concrete support cannot be brought into full play and the total beating capacity is not desirable. First, to solve the problem, a reducible joint made of still tube filled with cement - asphalt mortar is proposed. For the earliest possible application of the joint, a suitable mixture ratio should be deduced and in accord- ance to the ratio, the mortar can be mixed with appropriately proportions of cement, asphalt and sand to fill the still tube. Then affected by the rated working resistance, the mortar mix- ture will be emitted through spores out of the surface of the steel tube. To obtain such desirable performances, investigations should be made into the optimal mixture ratio of the mortar, the optimal bearing capacity of the joint and the optimal area of the spore through the surface of the joint tube.
