摘要
俄制800 MW汽轮机组存在中压转子弯曲问题,运用有限元方法,计算机组实际运行中振动最大的中压转子在额定工况下的温度场及离心应力、温度应力等,分析该机型中压转子弯曲的根本原因,为确定消除中压转子弯曲技术方案提供科学依据。研究表明,在不平衡质量的偏心距工况下,综合加载的等效应力分布基本一致,最后一级轮盘中心孔处等效应力较大,而不平衡离心力对最大等效应力的数值和分布影响都较小。
Finite element method is used to calculate the temperature field, centrifugal stress and thermal stress to solve the problems of medium pressure rotor bending. The results show that, on different unbalanced centrifugal force, the yon mises stress distribution is almost the same, and the maximum stress is at the bottom of the last wheel, whereas unbalanced centrifugal force has little effect on the value and distribution of the maximum yon mises stress.
