摘要
介绍了多晶硅装置外排废水的综合利用方法。蒸汽冷凝液回收至锅炉除氧器,直接作为锅炉进水;脱盐水的清净下水回收到循环水站作为循环水的补充水;外排水用于绿化。
Describes the utilization method of efflux wastewater device of polysilicon was described. Steam condensate was recoveried to boiler deaerator,directly used as boiler feed water;clean water of desali-nated water was used as supplementary water for circulating water in recycling station,the external drainage was for the green.
