摘要
针对唐钢不锈钢132m2烧结机自2008年来跑偏严重,多次解决无果,同时存在冬季尤其是夜间冷态启车困难,电流高的现象,2013年利用定修,根据图纸,查找原因,最终基本确定了由于机尾摆架的十字支撑变形而造成以上两种现场象的原因。并根据实际情况,对十字支撑进行了修复,截至目前,以上两种现象均有较明显的改善。
Aiming at the serious running deviation of 132 m2 sintering machine since 2008 in Tangshan Stainless Steel Co. , Ltd. , which cant be solved many times, and especially cold starting difficulties and high current phenomenon at night in winter, the reason for problems mentioned above was basically deter- mined through studying drawings and mechanical parts during maintenance period in 2013. It is the de- formation of cross tail swing frame that caused the above two problems. And according to actual situation, the cross support was repaired. Up to now, the two problems mentioned above are obviously improved.
