攀钢260m^2烧结机优化设计与快速达产

摘要 攀钢烧结系统升级改造工程之一新建260 m2烧结机,结合先期建设的两台360 m2烧结机存在的问题,在建设场地狭窄、工艺流程复杂的条件下对260 m2机进行了改进优化设计,消灭了大量工艺、技术与设备缺陷,实现了快速达产达效,利用系数不断刷新历史记录,月达1.559t/m2.h的国内最高水平;通过优化改进工艺技术与参数,快速进入高产稳产阶段。 The new 260 m2 sintering machine is one of upgrading projects in Panzhihua Steel. Combined with the problems of two 360 m2 sintering machines which were constructed earlier, in the narrow con- struetion space and complex process conditions, the optimized design of new 260 m2 sintering machine was made. And a large number of process, technology and equipment defects are eliminated, the rapid reaching producing goal and efficiency has been realized. Utilization coefficient has been breaking history records and reaches up to 1. 559 t/m2. h, which is domestic top level. The machine has entered quickly into the stage of high and stable yield by improving technology process and optimizing the parameters.
