Operation outcome of Letournel type complex acetabular fracture

目的探讨Letournel分型复杂髋臼骨折的治疗方法。方法 74例髋臼骨折患者按Letournel分型选择手术入路,分析术后复位质量与疗效。结果本组解剖复位47例,满意复位16例,不满意复位7例,关节轮廓复位4例;术后随访6个月,疗效优27例,良35例,一般6例,差6例,治疗优良率83.8%。结论依据Letournel分型选择手术入路治疗复杂髋臼骨折疗效确切。

Objective To study the operation outcome of Letournel type complex acetabular fracture.Methods Seventyfour cases of acetabular fracture were chosen operation approaches according to Letournel types.The postoperative reduction quality and functional recovery were analyzed.Results The operation achieved anatomic reduction in 47 cases,satisfactory reduction in 16,unsatisfactory reduction in 7,and joint contour reduction in 4.The postoperative follow-up survey for 6months showed excellent in 27 cases,good in 35,general in 6and poor in 6.Conclusion To choose the operation approach according to Letournel types contributes to a satisfactory outcome for complex acetabular fractures.
