炎性乳腺癌的钼靶X线表现

Molybdenum target X-ray performance of inflammatory breast cancer

目的总结炎性乳腺癌的钼靶X线表现。方法回顾性分析18例炎性乳腺癌患者的钼靶X线影像资料。结果18例患者中钼靶X线表现为弥漫性高密度阴影12例,不规则肿块影4例,乳腺腺体结构紊乱2例;乳腺皮肤弥漫性增厚16例,皮下脂肪层浑浊10例;腋下淋巴结肿大12例;乳腺腺体内微小钙化4例,大导管征5例。结论炎性乳腺癌有典型的钼靶X线表现,钼靶X线在炎性乳腺癌诊断中有重要价值。

Objective To explore the molybdenum target X-ray characteristics of the inflammatory breast cancer.Methods The molybdenum target X-ray findings of inflammatory breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed in 18 patients.Results In 18 patients with inflammatory breast cancer,diffused high-density shadow was found in 12 patients,irregular masses in 4,disordered mammarys structure in 2,diffuse thickening of the breast skin in 16,turbidity of the skin subcutaneous fat layer in 10,axillary lymph nodes swollen in 12,mammary gland tiny calcification in 4,and big duct sign in 5.Conclusion Inflammatory breast cancer has the typical molybdenum target X-ray manifestations,which has an important value to the diagnosis of inflammatory breast cancer.
