《胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤治疗指南（2014）》解读 被引量：11

摘要 神经内分泌肿瘤的发病率近年逐步上升,临床医生对这类疾病的认识也逐渐加深,2000年和2009年,WHO两次更新了神经内分泌肿瘤的分类和分级标准,NCCN更是在2012年和2013年两次更新了神经内分泌肿瘤的诊疗指南,说明这一疾病的诊断、治疗和基础研究在快速进展.中华医学会外科学分会胰腺外科学组在2009年曾颁布过《胰腺内分泌肿瘤的诊断和外科治疗指南（讨论稿）》,5年过去了,前一版的指南显然已经不能适应临床诊治的需求,因此,于今年修订了《胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤治疗指南（2014）（讨论稿）》（以下简称《指南》）,现将本指南中的主要部分,尤其是与2009版有主要差异的部分作一解读.
