三阴型乳腺癌合并双侧卵巢癌一例

摘要 患者 女性,50岁,因“发现左侧乳房肿块半年”于2014年1月13日收入我院乳腺外科.患者已绝经,生育1胎,哺乳5个月,无恶性肿瘤家族史.体检：左侧乳房外上象限扪及最大径2.5 cm肿块,边界不清,表面不光滑,质地硬,活动度差,乳头无溢液,双侧腋下、锁骨下、锁骨上均未扪及肿大淋巴结.乳腺B超检查结果示左侧乳房外上方探及大小20mm×19mm×14mm低回声区,边界不清晰,边缘毛糙,呈蟹足状改变,内部回声不均匀,后方回声增强,内部及周边可见短条状彩色血流,阻力指数0.62,乳腺影像报告数据系统（Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System,BI-RADS）3～4a级;左侧腋下探及皮下实质性结节,肿大淋巴结可能（图1）.
