摘要
通过XRD、SEM等技术对Ba4 [Sm1-x(Nd0.8 Bi0.2)x]28/3 Ti18O54 (BSNBT,x=0.15~0.9)系陶瓷的结构组成、显微形貌、烧结温度及介电性能进行综合表征和研究.当x=0.45时,在1 320℃烧结获得了高介电常数、高品质因数及近似零谐振频率温度系数的最优微波性能:εr=90.22,Q×f=7 192 GHz,τf=-1.39μ℃-1.随着x增大,即Ba(Nd,Bi)2Ti4O12 (BNBT)相增加,陶瓷烧结温度从1 450℃降低到1 300℃,烧结特性也随之改善并得到实际应用.
The composition and microstructure, sintering temperature and dielectric properties of Ba4 [Sm1-x (Nd0.8 Bi0.2 )28/3Ti18O54 (x= 0.15~0.9) system ceramics were comprehensively characterized and studied by XRD, SEM, etc. When x=0.45, excellent dielectric properties of a high dielectric constant and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of approximately 0 were obtained for the ceramics sintered at 1 320 ℃ : εr = 90. 22, Q × f = 7 192 GHz, τf= --1.39 μ℃-1. With the increase of x, that is BNBT phase increase, the sintering temperature decreased from 1 450 ℃ to 1 300 ℃, the sintering characteristics was also improved.
