微囊泡与2型糖尿病大血管病变关系的研究进展
摘要
微囊泡(microvesicles,MVs)是细胞在某些生理或病理状况下受到激活或凋亡,从细胞膜表面直接出芽脱落形成的小囊泡样物质.2型糖尿病(T2DM)大血管病变的多种危险因素均可刺激MVs形成,在T2DM和心血管疾病中MVs水平明显升高.MVs可通过介导内皮细胞损伤、血栓形成、斑块破裂及侧支循环形成障碍等病理过程参与糖尿病大血管病变的发生发展.目前研究认为,MVs有望成为T2DM大血管病变诊断、评估预后和疗效判定的潜在生物标志物.现就MVs与T2DM大血管病变的研究进展综述如下.
