以文化为导向的城市经营模式研究——以西安为例

Research on Cultural Oriented Urban Management Pattern:A Case Study of Xi'an

本文以西安市业已实践的曲江新区、大明宫地区、浐灞新区和楼观台道文化展示区四个区域为例,首先对同一城市不同区域建立在城市历史文化资源基础上的城市资产聚集、重组和运营模式进行了比较研究,进而在总结各自特点的基础上对以文化为导向的城市经营模式的内容、特点进行了探讨。最后,在对以文化为导向的城市经营模式进行理论研究的基础上,对西安相关区域发展过程中所遇到的问题进行了总结与反思,对城市在今后的发展中,如何将文化变成生产力,充分发掘地域文化经营城市具有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper takes four regions in Xi’an city which are Qujiang New District,the Darning Palace area,Chan Ba River District and Louguantai culture display area as an example.Firstly,comparative study was carried out to different areas in the same city that is based on city assets accumulation;restructuring and operation mode based historical and cultural resources in order to probe into the content and characteristics of cultural oriented urban management pattern.Finally,based upon the theoretical research of the culture-oriented urban management pattern,the paper summarized and reflected upon the problems of the Xi’an development.Researchers hope to make some enlightenment to the transformation of culture into productivity and full utilization of regional culture to operating city in the future of city development.
