良性食管瘘覆膜支架治疗的术后护理体会

摘要 良性食管瘘是胸外科和消化科常见急重症之一［1］，既往以手术或内科保守治疗为主，住院时间长，住院费用大，病死率高。近几年来，覆膜食管支架置入术可以堵塞食管瘘口，减少食管内容物污染，减少甚至杜绝胸腔纵隔感染源，同时可以提前开放饮食，增强营养，促进瘘口感染愈合，是目前首选的侵袭最小的治疗方法之一［2］，但护理较复杂，目前没有规范。本文对2003年4月～2013年6月我院30例良性食管瘘覆膜食管支架的护理总结报道如下。
