摘要
以潞安环能股份公司王庄煤矿61B3工作面运输巷道为研究对象,综合运用数值模拟、现场实测等研究方法,对61B3工作面运输巷道锚杆锚索联合支护的支护参数进行了优化。研究结果表明:当顶锚杆长度为2.4 m,间排距为1 m×1 m;锚索长度为7.3 m,间排距为2 m×3 m时,锚杆锚索具有最好的互补协同性,此时也具有最好的支护效果,并据此提出了优化支护方案。通过现场观测发现,该方案能够较好地控制巷道围岩变形,研究结果对相似地质条件下的巷道支护,具有重要的参考价值。
This paper takes 61B3 face haulage roadway of Wang zhuang Coal Mine Luan group as a research object. With the integrated use of numerical simulation, site observation methods, this paper optimized the parameter of rock bolts and cables in 61B3 face gate road. The results show that the anchor cable with length 2. g m, distance 1 m × 1 m, and the anchor rod with length 7.3 m, distance 2 m × 3 m have the best coordination and have the best supporting effect. The new supporting scheme have a good supporting effect. So the study results have a significant reference value to the roadway support in similar geological conditions.
