异基因造血干细胞移植后并发结核四例
摘要
我院的200例异基因造血干细胞移植受者中，有4例并发结核，现分析报告如下。
临床资料
例1为男性，年龄为31岁，2007年4月，因弥漫大B淋巴细胞性淋巴瘤（Ⅳ期B组，第2次复发后）在我科接受同胞HLA全相合外周血造血干细胞移植，移植前影像学检查结果未提示结核。移植后12个月，受者因腹胀、发热、咳嗽和气促收入我科。体格检查：呈桶状胸，左侧语颤减弱，双肺呼吸音低，右肺闻及湿性哕音，腹部膨隆，有移动性浊音。
