摘要 目的 了解和比较城乡小学生感觉统合失调情况.方法 对418名农村小学生和152名县城6~ 12岁小学生进行《儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表》调查.结果 城乡小学生体感觉统合失调总检出率23.86%,其中轻度16.84%、严重7.02%.一年级感觉统合失调检出率高于其它年级(χ^2 =23,P<0.01),男生感觉统合失调检出率、前庭失衡、学习能力发展不足高于女生(χ^2 =4.75,45.54,9.23,P<0.05,0.01).农村感觉统合失调检出率、轻度学习能力发展不足高于县城(χ^2 =3.99,3.63,P<0.05),县城本体感失调高于农村(χ^2=30.05,P<0.01).结论 城乡小学生存在较高的感觉统合失调,男女之间、县城和农村之间存在一些差异. Objective To understand and compare the situation of Sensory Integrative Dysfunction (SID) of schoolchildren between city and countryside,Methods 418 schoolchildren on countryside and 152 schoolchildren on county seat of age 6-12 years old,they was assess by "Children's Sensory Integrative Development Ability Rating Scale (CSIDAS) Result The total detection rate of SID of schoolchildren in city and countryside was 23.86%,among them the mild was 16.84%,serious was 7.02%,detection rate of SID was higher in first grade than in other the grade (χ^2=23,P<0.01),detection rate of SID,vestibular imbalance,insufficient of learning development ability were higher in schoolboys than in schoolgirls (χ^2=4.75,45.54,9.23,P<0.05,0.01),detection rate of SID,mild insufficient of learning development ability were higher in countryside than in city (χ^2=30.05,P<0.01) Cornclusion There are higher rate of sensory integrative dysfunction in schoolchildren in city and countryside,there are some differences between schoolboys and schoolgirls,county and countryside.
