单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎抗氧化治疗的临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Antioxidant Therapy for Herpes Simplex Virus Keratitis

目的探讨更昔洛韦联合依达拉奉对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效.方法选择单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者65例,随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组采取更昔洛韦治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用依达拉奉治疗.治疗前及经治疗后分别记录两组溃疡长度、临床疗效、检测两组患者的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH).结果 2组治疗后溃疡长度5 d、10 d较治疗前均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后5 d、10 d较对照组治疗后均有显著好转(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后较对照组临床疗效有显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后5 d MDA较治疗前有显著下降且较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SOD、GSH较治疗前有显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后10 d MDA、SOD、GSH较治疗前有显著改善且较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用依达拉奉抗氧化治疗可以改善单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者氧化应激状态,有助于该类患者早期康复.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of antioxidant therapy using edaravone and ganciclovir for herpes simplex virus keratitis.Methods 65 patients with herpes simplex virus keratitis were randomly divided into control and treatment groups.The control group was given ganciclovir treatment,the treatment group was given edaravone on the basis of ganciclovir.Before treatment and after treatment,the ulcer length and clinical efficacy were recorded,malondialdehyde （MDA）,superoxide dismutase （SOD） and glutathione （GSH） were also detected.Results After treatment for 5 days abd 10 days,the length of ulcer was significantly different to that before treatment （P＜0.05）,and the symptoms of the treatment group was significantly improved as compared to the control group （P＜0.05）.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P＜0.05）.After treatment for 5 days,MDA levels in the treatment group were significantly decreased as compared to before treatment and the control group （P＜0.05）,SOD and GSH were also significantly higher than before treatment （P＜0.05）.After treatment for 10days,MDA,SOD and GSH were significantly improved as compared to before treatment and the control group （P＜0.05）.Concltusion Edaravone antioxidant therapy can improve the oxidative stress status of patients with herpes simplex virus and help these patients rehabilitate early.
