先天性黄斑视网膜劈裂症一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者,女,5岁,因“双眼视物不清”于2013年3月20日于当地医院就诊,验光：Vod 0.2,Vos 0.12,诊断为“双眼屈光不正,双眼弱视”,2周后给予配镜治疗,效果欠佳.患者因“双眼视物不清”于2013年11月4日至山东省潍坊眼科医院就诊,验光：OD裸眼0.2,＋2.25＋0.75×45=0.4;OS裸眼0.16,＋1.75＋1.00×90=0A.裂隙灯显微镜下见：双眼角膜透明,前房中深,房水清,瞳孔圆,晶状体透明,玻璃体透明,黄斑中心凹反射不见.辅助检查：眼底照相见双眼黄斑区色素样斑纹,呈放射状皱褶（见图1）.FFA见双眼黄斑区放射状荧光素潴留,黄斑颞侧可见窗样荧光（见图2）.多焦ERG示双眼波峰降低,接近熄灭状,右眼显著（见图3）.OCT示双眼黄斑区视网膜神经上皮层劈裂（见图4）.
