THE ECONOMY OF SHANDONG GETS ON THE FAST TRAIN OF THE HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY

2014年12月28日,青荣城际铁路开通,对于很多市民来说,家门口的＂动车梦＂即将实现。此番先行开通青荣城际济南方向后,济南旅客乘坐动车组列车达到烟台、荣成等地吃海鲜将在4小时内实现。

On December 28,the Qingdao-Rongchcng intercity railway opened to traffic.As a main artery of the national economy,the railway plays an important role in the development of the economic society.In June,2011,the Beijing-shanghai high-speed railway opened to traffic.On the railroad line of the Shandong section which has a total length of 358 kilometers,Dezhou,Jinan,Tai'an,Qufu,Tengzhou and Zaozhuang,these six high-speed railway stations,took the lead in gaining the benefits brought by the high-speed railway.The development of the high-speed railway promotes the appearance of the same city effect,produces a new point of growth in the development of politics,economy and culture,and pushes the coordinated development of regions,urban and rural in a more powerful way.By the end of 'the 12th Five-Year Plan',the development goal of the railway 'Four Length,Four Breadth' which was determined by Shandong provincial Party committee and provincial government will be over-fulfilled.The total railway track in use in the whole province could reach more than 6,000 kilometers.The level of modernization of the railway will be raised by a great margin,which will provide advantageous conditions for the new development of the railway in Shandong Province.
