摘要
这是一个社会治理深度转型、法治兴起的大时代，四中全会为此厘清了战略布局和目标方向。对于中国法律服务和中国律师行业来说，或许我们对于法治春天的来临和行业的发展充满了憧憬，然而从现状到愿望之间还是充满了诸多不确定因素，变革从来就不是自然而然或者凭借政治纲领一蹴而就的过程，其间必然需要经历制度贯彻、战略落地、结构调整、措施整合，从不适应到适应、从适应到主动推进等等这样一些过程。我们需要什么？社会需要什么？
