摘要
在分析电脑横机成圈工艺参数的基础上,基于UG NX软件对成圈机件进行建模及动力学仿真,在三角水平运行速度为0.8 m/s的条件下,对挺针片的位移、Y向速度和Y向加速度的变化曲线及挺针片工作踵与三角瞬态运动所受合力的变化曲线进行分析。结果表明建模仿真与实际运动情况基本一致,符合实际运动规律,可以验证所建模型及仿真结果的正确性;UG运动仿真直观、准确地反映成圈机件在成圈过程中的运动规律,为进一步成圈机构优化设计提供了依据。
Based on the analysis of computerized flat knitting machine knitting technological parameter, a model and movement simulation of loop forming elements were established based on the UG NX software, and analyzed the changing curves of needle jack's displacement, velocity and acceleration in the vertical direction, transient mechanical changes of work heel and triangle in the process of knitting under the condition of setting level speed 0. 8 m/s. The results show that modeling and simulation agree with the actual movement, correspond the actual motion rule and prove the correctness of the model and the simulation results. UG movement simulation reflect the law of motion of loop forming elements visually and accurately, and provide reference basis for further optimization of loop forming elements's design.
