摘要 将预氧处理和二煮法的化学脱胶方法应用到乌拉草的化学脱胶,以残胶率为指标,考察脱胶最适宜的工艺参数,旨在开发出适合乌拉草的化学脱胶技术体系。分别对预处理条件和二煮法化学脱胶的工艺参数进行分析,同时采用正交试验确定最佳工艺条件,并考察渗透剂对脱胶效果的影响。实验结果表明:预处理条件为H2O2用量5 m L/L,p H值6.5,常温,时间20 min;碱煮条件为Na OH质量浓度14 g/L,Na2SO3用量2%,Na2Si O3用量2%,渗透剂0.75 m L/L,温度110℃,一煮时间2 h,二煮时间3 h时,残胶率最低。 Chemical degumming method of preoxygen treatment and two cooking method, the residual gum rate as index, study on the most suitable degumming process parameters, in order to develop chemical degumming technology system suitable for meyer sedge. Analyzing chemical degumming process parameter of the pretreatment conditions and two cooking respectively, at the same time, determining the optimum technology conditions by orthogonal test, and to investigate the effects of penetration enhancers on degumming. The experimental results show that: the residual gum rate is minimum when pretreatment condition for the amount of H2O2 5 mL/L, pH value 6.5, room temperature, time 20 rain; alkali cooking conditions are NaOH concentration 14 g/L, Na2SO3 dosage 2% , Na2SiO3 dosage 2% , penetrating agent 0.75 mL/L, temperature 110 ℃ , the first time scouring time 2h, the second time scouring time 3 h.
