化疗联合免疫细胞治疗小儿胰母细胞瘤2例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨小儿胰母细胞瘤的临床特征及诊治方法.方法 回顾性分析2例胰母细胞瘤患儿的临床资料,并复习相关文献.结果 2例患儿均经病理学检查确诊为胰母细胞瘤,经手术联合化疗及免疫细胞治疗,1例术后1年复发的患儿转移灶消失,另1例术后及时化疗患儿无肿瘤残留及复发证据,现均随访中.结论 胰母细胞瘤的临床表现不典型,确诊需依靠病理组织学检查,治疗首选手术切除.如果肿瘤能够完整切除,预后较好.对于肿瘤不能完全切除的患儿或有肿瘤潜在残留危险的患儿可以给予手术联合化疗等综合治疗措施.
