摘要
以东北林业大学林业与木工机械工程技术中心设计的数控往复式锯材剖分锯为例,对剖分锯操作-显示面板的人机工程进行分析与研究,阐述了人机工程学在设计数控往复式锯材剖分锯操作-显示面板时的重要性。将人性化设计理念融入到剖分锯的设计中,使操作人员在操作过程中能够感受到设计中的人文关怀。
With the CNC reciprocating solid wood panel saw design practice of Forestry and Woodworking Machinery Engi- neering Technology Center of Northeast Forestry University as an example, ergonomics of the operation-display panel of CNC reciprocating solid wood panel saws is analyzed and designed and the importance of ergonomics in the design of the operation-display panel of CNC reciprocating solid wood panel saws is stated. Humanized design concepts being incorporated into the design of CNC reciprocating solid wood panel saws can make operators feel the care of design during operation.
