摘要
采用聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)作为增韧剂添加到聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中以提高其韧性。考察了TPU、相容剂聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)的添加以及成型工艺对PVDF/TPU共混体系的影响。结果表明:同模压成型相比,注塑成型能够得到较为准确的实验结果;TPU的加入使PVDF/TPU共混体系的断裂伸长率和冲击强度有所提高,并改善了材料的加工性能,而相容剂PP-g-MAH的添加则进一步提高了该共混体系的断裂伸长率。
The polyether thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) was employed as toughening agent in order to improve the toughness of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). The influences of TPU, compatibilizer maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) and molding process on PVDF/ TPU blend were investigated. The results show that: compared with press molding, the more accurate experimental results can be obtained by injection molding. The elongation at break, impact strength and processability of PVDF can be improved significantly by adding TPU, moreover, the elongation at break of PVDF/TPU blend can be further improved by adding PP-g-MAH.
