环氧树脂E51对PA6/LiCl/E51复合材料结构与性能的影响

Effect of E51 on Structure and Properties of PA6/LiCl/E51 Composites

摘要 采用熔融挤出法制备了聚酰胺6/氯化锂/环氧树脂E51(PA6/Li Cl/E51)复合材料,研究了E51用量对复合材料结晶行为及物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着E51用量的增加,PA6/Li Cl/E51复合材料的结晶度和熔融温度逐渐降低;复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度和维卡软化温度则均呈先升后降的趋势,并都在E51用量为3 phr时达到最大值,分别为90.08 MPa、104.6 MPa、8.1 k J/m2和73℃。 Polyamide 6/lithium chloride/epoxy resin E51(PA6/LiCI/E51) composites were prepared by melt- extrusion method, and the effects of E51 content on crystallization behavior, physical and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that: with the increasing of E51 content, the crystallinity and melting temperature of PA6/LiCI/E51 composite have a gradually decreasing trend; the tensile strength, flexural strength, notched impact strength and Vicat softening temperature of PA61LiClIE51 increase firstly and then decrease, and when the content of E51 is 3 phr, the tensile strength, flexural strength, notched impact strength and Vicat softening temperature of the composite are 90.08 MPa, 104.6 MPa, 8.1 k Jim2 and 73℃ respectively, and each of them reaches the maximum.
