摘要
运用实证研究的范式,对浙江省9所体育院系科研激励制度的类型、绩效以及体育科研人员对现行制度的满意度以及他们的科研动机和行为特征的调查,进一步分析了各制度类型和绩效间的关系。结果显示:浙江省高校体育科研制度主要有两种类型:"严格"和"适度压力"的制度设计理念;科研制度越严格,人们的科研行为越不积极,但人们在核心论文数、专著数及经费方面所获得的科研成果却表现出越多的特征;在"严格"的制度设计理念下,男性在论文发表方面多于女性;在"适度压力"的制度设计理念下,具有博士学历的体育工作者的内、外动机比一般人强烈,其科研行为比一般人积极,同时他们的科研绩效也远高于其他人;在任何一种制度设计理念下,职称越高,人们的外在动机更强烈。
Using the paradigm of empirical studies,research on the type of the scientific research encouraging system,performance and the sports scientists satisfaction about the existing system and their behavioral features of the sports university in Zhejiang province,further analysis of the relationship between the various systems of the type and performance.The results showed that:there are two main types of university sports research institution of Zhejiang: "strict" and " moderate pressure" system design.The more rigorous scientific research system,the more people do not actively conduct research,but the number of people in the core papers,monographs and several research funding obtained has shown the more features.Under the "strict" system design philosophy,the number of publishing of men are more than women.Under " moderate pressure" system design concept,,the internal and external motivation of doctor degree are stronger than the others and their research behavior are more positive than others and their performance of scientific research are higher than others,wherever in which system design,the higher title,the people's Extrinsic motivation are more stronger.
