摘要
目的:研究贯叶金丝桃滴丸的成型工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,选择滴丸的溶散时限、外观质量和重量差异为考察指标,采用正交试验法对基质组成、药物细粉与基质配比、滴制温度和滴距等进行筛选。结果:优选的最优工艺参数为:PEG 4000与PEG 6000的配比为2∶1,药物浸膏粉与基质的比例为1∶4,滴制温度为80℃,滴距为4 cm。结论:优选的贯叶金丝桃滴丸工艺合理、稳定可行,为滴丸工业生产提供参考依据。
Objective: To optimize the forming technology of Guanye Jinsitao dropping pills. Methods: The forming technology was selected among the ratio of extractum to matrix, component of matrix, temperature of drug and dropping distance and all the procedures were evaluated by the dissolved time, weight difference, the appearance and quality of the drop pills by means of orthogonal test method. Results: The optimized molding techniques were as follows:PEG4000: PEG6000 (2:1 ) was used as base material with the ratio of extractum to base material at 1 : 4 ; the temperature of the drug at 80℃ and the dropping distance was 4 cm. Conclusion : The technology is reasonable and feasible. The optimal conditions are suitable for the Guanye Jinsitao Dropping Pills. It will provide reference for industrial production of dropping Pills.
