摘要
目的:探讨推拿手法延缓周围神经损伤后失神经肌萎缩的作用效应和途径。方法:将失神经支配的家兔90只随机分为手法治疗组42只、模型对照组42只和正常组6只,手法治疗组给予按揉法治疗,模型对照组与正常组不做处理。分别在造模后第1、2、3周和第1、2、4、6个月逐月各取1小组6只家兔检测肌球蛋白重链mRNA表达。结果:手法治疗组与模型对照组比较,肌球蛋白重链MHC-Ⅱ亚型在1周、2周时明显升高,MHC-Ⅰ亚型在3周、1月、2月时明显升高,统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:推拿手法促进肌肉结构改建能力,促进骨骼肌再生修复。
Objective: To observe the changes of myosin heavy chain mRNA in muscle atrophy after Tuina therapy.Method:90 male rabbits with denervated skeletal muscle were randomly divided into the normal group,control group andtreatment group. The changes of myosin heavy chain mRNA were detected 1,2 and 3 weeks after modeling and 1,2,4 and 6 months by selecting 6 rats in each group. Result : MHC -Ⅱ between treatment group and control group had statisticaldifferences ( P 〈 0.05) at 1 and 2 weeks and MHC - I between treatment group and control group had statistical differ-ences ( P 〈 0.05 ) at 3 weeks, 1 months and 2 months. Conclusion : Tuina therapy can promote reconstructing of muscleand delay muscle atrophy of denervated skeletal muscle.
